Obituary of Jarad Hardesty Jarad Bond Hardesty ( “handsome”, “big guy”, “smiley”, “sonic” ), 28 , son of Stephan and Victoria Hardesty , resident of Simi Valley left us suddenly and unexpectedly to be with the Lord, on March 17, 2018 during his stay at Simi Valley Hospital. He was born in the San Fernando Valley on August 6, 1989. He grew up in Simi Valley, CA with his three sisters, Justina , Jaide, and Jacey.

He attended Royal High School from 2004-2008. After High School he traveled and eventually ended up in Wisconsin where he welcomed a daughter, Jasleen Hardesty (born March 28, 2010). Later he made his way back to California and spent time as a member of Victory Outreach where he received his salvation.

He spent the last few years of his adult life in and out of the hospital for Intestinal Malrotation. When he was not in the hospital he enjoyed Disneyland, vacationing, going to concerts and dancing with his family. He was known for his contagious smile, lovable personality, and ability to make anyone laugh.

He leaves behind his parents Stephan and Victoria Hardesty; daughter Jasleen; sisters Justina, Jaide, and Jacey; and brother-in-law Brandon. He is survived by his nieces Jemma, Haven and Maybel; nephews Trustin and Leon Lux; Uncles Paul, Dave, Chris, Rick and Josh; Aunts Angie, Valerie, Jamie, Jenny, Allison, Debbie, and Tracy. He is also survived by his cousins Eric, Brian, Bryce, Leah, Dylan, Joseph , Lucy, Blake, Nathan, Finley, Chasity, Dustin, Kristyn, Karrah, Brandon, Preston, Kadence, and Crystal; Grandparents Sandra, Walter, and Diane.

He joins his Grandmother Lucy, Grandfather Paul, and Uncle Mike. A viewing will be held between 5 P.M. and 9 P.M. Monday, March 26, 2018 at Rose Family Funeral Home in Simi Valley. A Celebration of Life will be held at 11 A.M. Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at Cornerstone Community Church in Simi Valley.

Burial will immediately follow at Oak Wood Memorial Park Cemetery.
