Jarmila “Aba” Segert, 93, of Columbia, passed away on Sunday, March 17, 2019. Memorial services are planned for May. Aba was born January 26, 1926 to Svatomir and Alzbeta Stecher Zikmund in Prague, CZ.

On June 14, 1957, she married Stanislav Segert in Prague. The family moved to Los Angeles, California in 1969 and after Stanislav passed in 2005 she moved to Columbia in 2007. She is survived by two children, Jan Segert (Ines) of Columbia, Eva Segert-Tauger (Mark Tauger) of Morgantown, West Virginia; five grandchildren and one great grandchild.
