OBITUARY Jaroslaw Chomczyk June 13, 1967 – December 5, 2018 Cherished son of Luba Hormis; loving father of Paulina (Michael) Tredennick and Patrick Chomczyk; proud grandfather of Isabella and Julian Tredennick; beloved brother of Jolanta (Wojciech) Winiarski; loving godfather of Christopher Winiarski; fond uncle, cousin, and friend of many. Preceded in death by his father, the late Mikolaj Chomczyk. Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 9th, from 3:00pm to 8:00pm at Malec & Sons Funeral Home, 6000 North Milwaukee Avenue, Chicago, Illinois 60646.

Funeral Liturgy will be held on Monday, December 10th, at St. Michael’s Orthodox Church, 7313 North Waukegan Road, Niles, Illinois 60714 at 10:00am. Interment Maryhill Cemetery. For more information please call 773-774-4100.
