Jay Monti, 80, of Bradford, passed away on Thursday, December 20, 2018 at his brother’s home. He was born on July 2, 1938 in Bradford, a son of the late Dean and Anne Morgan Monti. He was a school teacher for several years for the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford prior to working for the Bradford Area School District where he retired from in 1993.

He is survived by one brother, Bruce (Beth) Monti of Bradford; one sister, Carol Pecora of Bradford and several nieces and… Read More » nephews. At his request there will be no visitation. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at a later date at the convenience of family.

Entombment will be in St. Bernard Cemetery. Memorial contributions in his memory can be made to the McKean County SPCA, P.O. Box 113, Bradford, PA 16701.
