Jean A. (Hebert) Howard, of Plymouth passed away Monday January 7, 2019 at Cook Willow Convalescent Home, Plymouth. Jean was born June 29, 1931 in Northampton, MA, daughter of the late Arthur F. & Jane I. (McCreery) Hebert. She was a member of Victory Baptist Church, Thomaston, CT and was active in the clubs of the church.

She is survived by several nieces and nephews. Funeral services and burial in Hillside Cemetery, Terryville are private. www.
