Jean Ann Marlow, age 74 of Duff went home to be with the Lord Tuesday, March 26, 2019. She was of the Church of God faith. Jean enjoyed fishing, going to mountains, hunting mushrooms, pretty much anything outdoors.
She also loved reading her bible, watching gospel shows, and the home shopping network. She is preceded in death by parents Ernest Daniel and Onilee (Douglas) Bell; 1st husband James Brooks and 2nd husband Thurman Marlow; daughter Lisa Brooks Jones; granddaughters Danielle Jones and Shannon Byrd; great grandchild Aiden Gage Bolinger; brother Harold Bell. She is survived by sons Shawn Brooks & wife Rhonda of Duff, James Brooks & wife Tina of LaFollette; daughters Sharon Reese & husband James Dean of Jacksboro, Theresa Byrd & husband Dwane of Speedwell; stepdaughter Brenda Marlow of LaFollette; brother Ernest “Junebug” Bell & wife Debbie of Pioneer; sisters Tammy Coleman of LaFollette, Linda Murray & husband Danny of Sydney, Ohio; grandchildren Aaron Brooks, Nikki Seibers, Olivia Bolinger, Brooke Seibers, Shonda Davis, Kelsey Evans, Adrian Brooks, and Zachery Bruce; several great grandchildren, and a host of other relatives.
Friends and family will meet 1:30 PM Thursday, March 28, 2019 at Martin Wilson Funeral Home to go in procession to Woodlawn Cemetery for the 2 PM interment. Jean’s guestbook may be viewed at www.
