Obituary for Jean Gantz Jean Gantz of Garland, TX, passed away April 30, 2018, at the age of 78. She was born April 22, 1940, in Mansfield, OH, to David Albert and Thelma (Bartram) Salyers. Jean is survived by children, Eddie Hooper and wife Glenda of Quinlan, TX, Denise Cascio and husband Vince of Rowlett, TX, and Jack Hester of Garland, TX; siblings, Janet Baker of Defiance, OH, Richard Salyers, Rob Salyers and wife Vickie all of Mansfield, OH; grandchildren, Eric, Caylee, Cole, Aryanna, Alexa, Alayna, Anya and Allen; 3 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Maxine, Mary Ann, and Delores. There will be a gathering of family and friends from 6:00 to 8:00pm Thursday, May 3, 2018, at Rest Haven Funeral Home-Rowlett Location. Interment will be in Oak Grove Memorial Park, Lexington, Ohio.
