Obituary Jean Maine Davis won her battle with cancer on Tuesday, April 30, 2019 at the Langdale Hospice House surrounded by all of her loving family. She was born October 9, 1941 to the late Eddie and Mamie DeLoach Maine in Statenville, GA. She was a life long resident of Echols County and had lived in the Mayday community for over 55 years.

Mrs. Davis was employed with Levi Strauss for many years and had retired from Echols County Board of Education, where she was a bus driver.
