Jean Pierre Rachal , May 08, 1975 — November 30, 2018

Jean Pierre Rachal Sr., a laborer and life -long resident of Chicago, IL died un-expectantly on November 30, 2018, at the age of 43 while in his family home from heart failure. Jean is survived by his Father, Frank A. Rachal; his sons, John Rachal and Isaac Sanchez. He is predeceased by his brothers Jacques Rachal and Joseph Strowder; his sisters Danyse Rachal Peterson and Helena Rachal.

As well as a long list of cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces & nephews, and friends who loved him very much. Jean Rachal was born May 8th, 1975 at Grant Hospital in Chicago, IL. On September, 22nd, 2003 and February 10th, 2005; respectively, he welcomed his two beautiful sons who were most valued in his heart.

Jean was a free spirited, carefree man who enjoyed listening to music while having libations. He was a jack of all trades who was capable of many tasks. Pierre could work on your car, fix your toilet, and paint your porch all on any given day.

Pierre had his struggles throughout his life but those obstacles never changed his joyful spirit. He was grateful to spend time with his Father and very helpful in being Daddy’s right hand man. Pierre as we all do love our Father very much and thoroughly was pleased with spending time with the old man.

In his final days, I know he was content with being back at our family home. And, we are all extremely thankful to have had been together at a later time in our lives as a family unit this past year. God must have known it was best that way.

He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who knew him. A funeral is scheduled for 10:30 am on December 7th, 2018 at St. John the Baptist Church in Cloutierville, Louisiana.
