Obituary for Jean Thibault Castagno Jean Thibault Castagno, 87, of The Villages passed away Sunday, June 10, 2018. Mrs. Castagno was born August 24, 1930 in Saylesville, RI to Albert E. and Muriel (Parkin) Thibault. She was of the Evangelical Lutheran Faith, member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Old Saybrook, CT.

Jean served as Director on the Connecticut Port Authority for many years. She retired as an English Teacher from Oxford Academy in Westbrook, CT. Jean enjoyed needle crafting and story writing, authoring a book of stories entitled The Kids & Grampa T. Jean moved to The Villages in 2010 where she founded the Writing is Fun Club.

Survivors include her daughter, Lisa Price of The Villages; siblings, Theodore Thibault, Frances Callipari and Hazel Moulton; grandson, David Price. Jean was preceded in death by the love of her life, Julius L. Castagno on March 11, 2018. On-line condolences may be shared by visiting www.
