Jeanne’s Obituary Jeanne Barbier, age 84, a long time resident of Miramar, coming from Haiti, passed away February 20, 2019 at Aventura Hospital and Medical Center. She was born on November 18, 1934, in Miragoane, Haiti, to the late Pernier and Vyanaise (Vigne) Chataigne. Jeanne’s passion was he family, she dedicated her life to her late husband and children.

She loved to have family gatherings and enjoyed to cook for them. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her. Visitation will take place on Friday, March 8th, from 8:30 – 10:30 a.m. with a Tribute of a Lifetime Service at 9:30 a.m. at Boyd-Panciera Family Funeral Care, Hollywood Boulevard Chapel.

Funeral Mass will start at 11:00 a.m. at St. Bartholomew Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Cemetery.
