Obituary Jeffrey D. Stalnaker, 58, of Northwood, Ohio passed away in his home on Thursday, March 28, 2019. He was born in Webster Springs, West Virginia to Owen and Margie (Carpenter) Stalnaker. He graduated from Waite High School and would later work as a Quality Inspector for American Cold Forge.

Jeffrey was a simple man, hard worker and enjoyed having a good time. What he cherished most was spending time with his 2 grandchildren.
