Jeffrey’s Obituary Jeffrey Noel, 70, of Stephen, Minnesota passed away at North Valley Health Center in Warren, Minnesota on Wednesday, December 26, 2018. Jeff was born in Thief River Falls, MN on October 30, 1948. He graduated from Lincoln High School in Thief River Falls.

Thereafter he served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. Jeff was married to Peggy Noel (Breiland) on December 4, 1971. Jeff was proud of his own electrical business (Noel Electric) that has been operating for more than 40 years.

He was a hard worker and enjoyed his work tremendously. He loved spending time with family and friends, golfing, watching is grandkids’ activities, ice fishing, and the Annual Fourtown MEA Weekend was his #1 vacation destination. Throughout the years Jeff served on the church board, fire department, legion board, coached golf, and was Marshall of Stephen Appreciation Days parade.

Jeff is survived by his wife, Peggy; son, Matthew, Stephen; a daughter, Andrea (Mark) Olsonawski, Moorhead, MN; grandchildren Madison, Noel, Aaron, Ryan and Kate; and a sister, Linda Lawson, Fargo, ND. Jeff is preceded in death by his parents Don and Tress Noel, brother Anthony Noel, and brother-in-law Robert Lawson. Funeral services are scheduled for Monday, December 31, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. in First Lutheran Church at Stephen.

Interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Thief River Falls, Minnesota. Rev. Michael Schendel, presiding.

Military honors will be accorded by the Stephen American Legion and the Minnesota National Guard.
