Survivors include, sons, Jeffrey Perry Jr and Justin Perry; daughter, Kaitlyn Perry; step-father, Bill Blythe. Services Friday, October 19, 1:00PM Davis & Davis Funeral Home, Stanton by Bro. Kenny Wasson.
