Obituary of Jeffrey Woodburn Spencer Jeffrey “Jeff” Woodburn Spencer, 68, of Waynesburg, PA, formerly of Morgantown, passed away on Sunday, December 2, 2018, at Rolling Meadows Nursing Home. Jeff was born in Morgantown, on December 23, 1949, the son of the late John Woodburn Spencer and Lenore (White) Spencer. Jeff served in the Army during the Vietnam War.

He was a lifelong history buff and WVU fan. In his early days, he was a basketball player for WVU. Jeff is survived by his children, Jessica Lenore Whyte and husband, Justin, Marissa Spencer, and Justin Woodburn Spencer; grandchildren, Bristol Lenore Whyte; and sister, Judy Melton and husband, Bob.

Jeff was preceded in death by his parents. In accordance with his wishes, cremation services will be provided by Hastings Funeral Home, Omega Crematory. Memorial services will be held at Rolling Meadows Church of God, 595 Rolling Meadows Road, Waynesburg, PA, on Friday, December 7, 2018, beginning at 5 p.m., with Pastor Richard Berkey officiating.
