Jennie S. (Tupek) Sagan, 94, entered into Eternal Rest peacefully on September 22, 2018 at Life Care Center of Wilbraham, with her loving family by her side. Born in Wilbraham to the late Stanley and Louise (Michala) Tupek, she was a lifelong area resident. Jennie was a faithful communicant of Immaculate Conception Church where she served as a past officer of the St. Ann Sodality.

She was also a member and past officer of the Polish Americans Veterans Club Women’s Auxiliary of Wilbraham. She leaves her son, John J. Sagan, Jr. and his wife Joan of Indian Orchard and a grandson, John M. Sagan of Indian Orchard. She also leaves other family members including her special niece, Stacia Stusick, who spent every Tuesday playing Jennie’s favorite card game, canasta, with her.

She was predeceased by her husband, John S. Sagan on April 1, 2013; 3 brothers, Walter, Edward, and Mitchell Tupek and a sister, Helen Workum. Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, September 25, 2018 assembling at 10:00 a.m. at Nowak Funeral & Cremation Services and proceeding to Immaculate Conception Church for a Liturgy of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Hillcrest Park Cemetery. A Calling Hour will be held prior to the funeral from 9:00-10:00 a.m. on Tuesday.
