Jennifer Lee Cannon, 57, of Walnut Springs, Texas, passed away on Wednesday, March 6, 2019, in Seguin, Texas after a nearly three year struggle with cancer. Memorial Services for Lee have been set for 2:00 PM, Friday, March 15, 2019 at Lawson Funeral Home Chapel, 803 N Main Street, Meridian, Texas. Lee was born July 9, 1961 in San Antonio, Texas to Sherron Strange Bennett and Newell V. Bennett, Sr..

Survivors include her children: Ashley Gray and husband, Byron, of Throckmorton, Olivia Gann and husband, Kody, of Seguin, and Tyler Cannon and wife, Amanda, of Glen Rose; her mother, Sherron Thomas of Walnut Springs; her sisters, Penny Penney and husband, Charlie, of Clifton and Niccie Sterling and husband, Vince, of Walnut Springs; and eight grandchildren. Preceded in death by her father, Newell V. Bennett, Sr., on October 17, 1998 and her brother, Newell V. Bennett, Jr. on April 7, 1989. A complete obituary will follow soon.
