Special friends: Loyd and June Mayhall of McCurtain, OK Jeremy was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Jim Hensley; his paternal grandmother, Alice Hensley; his maternal grandparents, Henry and Belle Moschner; two uncles, David Hensley and Kenneth Hensley; and one cousin, Daniel Durham. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, May 9, 2019, at Mallory Chapel in Stigler, Oklahoma, with Rev. Vernon Stone officiating, under the direction of Mallory-Martin Funeral Home and Crematory of Stigler.
