Columbiana – Jeremy Ray Miller, 45, of Columbiana, passed away Sunday, May 19, 2019, at his home in Columbiana. He was born, June 5, 1973, in Marietta, a son of Donald R. and Sabra S. Shoff Miller. Jeremy was a member of the Columbiana Church of the Nazarene.

He was a graduate of Columbiana High School and attended Youngstown State University, Dana School of Music and graduated from ITT Technical Institute. Jeremy had the heart and soul of an artist and a musician; he was happiest when he was doing graphic design and composing music. He is survived by his parents of Columbiana; a brother, Eugene (Becky) Miller of Sayre, PA; his paternal grandparents, Perry and Lois Miller; his beloved nieces and nephews and one great niece.

Jeremy was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Donald and Dorothy Shoff. A memorial service will be held at a later date in Bradford, PA. Arrangement were entrusted to the Warrick-Kummer-Rettig Funeral Home, Columbiana.
