Obituary for Jerome Nicholas Willm Memorial service for Jerome Nicholas Willm will be 1:00 p.m., Thursday, December 13, 2018 at Rehoboth Baptist Church. Jerome passed away at his home on Monday, December 10th, 2018. He was 84.

Born July 20, 1934 in Detroit, Michigan to Nicholas Joseph and Helen Frances (Pulaskey) Willm, Jerome spent his elementary years thru the eighth grade in Michigan, before his family moved to Colorado and he quit school to work and help out the family. They later moved to California, settling in the Thousand Oaks area. In 1955 Jerome enlisted with the U.S. Air Force and began his career serving his country.

When he finished basic training, he married JoAnn Ruth Suden. Jerome was stationed in many different places, Germany, Vietnam and Guam, to name a few. He retired from the Air Force in 1975 and returned to Oklahoma and enrolled at American Christian College and two years later transferred to Bartlesville Wesleyan College, later graduating the top of his class.

His next venture was ministering at a Church in San Francisco from 1981–1983, then to Montague, California from 1983–1985. He moved back to Oklahoma, where he worked at the ranch for a time and also with Ford Glass Plant. Later he took a position in the camera department at Wal- Mart and enjoyed his work there and the people he came into contact with.

Jerome had several hobbies that included fishing, leather working, and stain glass work. He liked spending time with his family and friends. His other hobby was riding his motorcycle, something JoAnn didn’t much like.

Always up beat and looking for the good in everyone, Jerome’s attitude was without a doubt a gift from God, which he gave all the glory to. Those family members that survive include his wife JoAnn of the home; his sister Del Hale; his children Renee Pendergraft and husband Lonnie, Helen Snow and husband Earl, John Willm and wife Donna and Jerome Willm, Jr. and wife Leslie; his grandchildren Jeremy Pendergraft, Christie Coffman, Jeremiah Snow, David Turner, and Marisa Willm; great grandchildren Aspin Pendergraft and Jacob Pendergraft. Jerome was preceded in death by his parents, his sister Leona Price and his brother Bud Willm.
