OBITUARY Jerry Don House July 30, 1948 – October 3, 2018 Jerry Don House, 70, of Alma, passed away Wednesday, October 3, 2018 at his home. He was born July 30, 1948 in Fort Smith to the late Paul and Mary House. He was retired from Whirlpool, was a Mason, and served in the U.S. Navy.

He was preceded in death by his father, John Paul House; an uncle, L.M. House; and his wife, Margaret House. He is survived by four daughters, Theresa Long, Elizabeth DeShazo, and Margaret House, all of Waldron, and Nicole Johnson of Van Buren; his mother, Mary House of Alma; nine grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren. Graveside service will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, October 8, 2018 at the Fort Smith National Cemetery, under the direction of Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home of Van Buren, AR.

The family will visit with friends from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Sunday, October 7, 2018, at Edwards Van-Alma Funeral Home, 4100 Alma Highway, Van Buren, AR.
