He was born in Jenkins County, was a self-employed truck driver, and a Baptist. He was preceded in death by his parents, Franklin and Betty Jo Clark and sister, Debrah Ann Clark.

Memorial Service will be held 2:00 pm Sunday, March 17, 2019 at Elam Baptist Church with visitation to follow the service. Survivors include his wife, Charlene Clark; children, Flint Clark, West Clark (Bamby), and Julie Fail all of Millen; 9 grandchildren, Hunter Clark, Garrett Clark, Camry Meeks, Whitley Clark, Dakota Clark, Dylan Meeks, Annarae Clark, Lace Clark, and Cane Fail. Crowe-Fields Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
