Obituary for Jerry Franklin Perry Jr. Jerry Franklin Perry, Jr., 38 of Ooltewah, passed away Monday, December 10, 2018. He was a lifelong resident of the Chattanooga area and was of the Methodist faith. He graduated from Dade County High School Class of 1997 and loved art & music.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Gayle Perry. Survivors include his father and step-mother, Jerry & Patsy Perry; sister & brother-in-law, Krystle & Martin Stewart; nephew, Jaxon Stewart; niece, Lillie Stewart; special friend, Anthony Majors and numerous extended family & friends. Services will be private and there will be no visitation at the funeral home.
