Mr. Jerry Harling Saluda, SC: Mr. Jerry Harling, 57, passed away on Sunday, November 4, 2018 in Self Regional Medical Center. He was born in Saluda County, SC, son of Annie Rose Graham Culbreath and the late Samuel Culbreath. He recieved his education in the public schools of Edgefield County, SC, and at an early age, he joined the Willow Spring Baptist Church.

Jerry was one that didn’t mind working. He worked in the Logging Industries until his health failed. He loved to fish.

He didn’t mind sharing whatever he hand with others that was in need. He leaves to honor and cherish his memory; mother, Annie R. Culbreath of Powder Springs, GA; his father, Jim Smith; son, Jontavus Lott of Saluda, SC; daughter, Diamond Harling of Witchita Fall, Texas; grandson, Da’Juan Lott-Ayuirre; two brothers, Samuel (Clara) Culbreath, Powder Springs, GA and Johnnie Culbreath of Georgia; three sisters, Connie C. Crawford, Union City, GA, Brenda Culbreath, St. Michael, MN and Patricia C. (Victor) Brealon, Columbia, SC; Godson, Natarian Mason; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. A Celebration of Life will be 1 p.m. Friday at Willow Spring Baptist Church conducted by Reverend Calvin Robinson.

The body will be placed in the church at noon. Public viewing will Thursday at the funeral home 1-7 p.m. Butler and Sons Funeral Home is assisting the Harling Family.
