Obituary Jerry L. Flannigan Lansing Passed away Saturday, April 27, 2019 at age 78. Born July 7, 1940 to Charles and Sophia (Paluch) Flannigan in Morrice, Michigan. Jerry was a lifelong resident of Lansing where he worked 36 years as a Diesel Mechanic for Leaseway Auto Carriers and was a member of Local #580.
