Sharette; of Burton; formerly of Pontiac; age 80; passed away on December 25, 2018. Loving husband of LaVerne Sharette for 56 years; loving father of Naomi (William) Rankin, Terry (Roby) Muncy, Wendy Sharette, Mark (Heather) Sharette, Lisa (Charles) Guy, Steve Sharette and Jerri Rolle; dear grandfather of 26; great and great-great grandfather of many; and brother of Mary Wale and the late Ilene Leach. Jerry retired from General Motors Foundry after 23 years of service.

He loved riding his motorcycle and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He was always a jokester and will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, December 29, 2018 at 11am at Sparks-Griffin Funeral Home, Pontiac.

The family will receive friends for visitation on Friday from 3-7pm at the funeral home. Interment Perry Mount Park Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to the family.
