Obituary for Jerry Wayne Bartlett Jerry Wayne Bartlett 67 of Crossville passed away Wednesday, August 22, 2018 at Shepherds Cove Hospice His Funeral Service is 2 p.m. Sunday, August 26, 2018 at Boaz Carr Chapel with burial to follow at Thrashers Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday 5 until 8 at the funeral home. Rev.

Alan Hallmark and Rev. Wayne Roden will be officiating. Pallbearers will be Levi Ogle, Louie Ogle, Chris Bartlett, Jonathan Bartlett, Jared Jacobs and Matt Stover.
