OBITUARY Jesse Frank Jones March 20, 1938 – October 13, 2018 Jesse “Frank” Jones, age 80, passed away Saturday evening, October 13, 2018 at Courtland Terrace. Frank was born March 20, 1938 in Clover, South Carolina to the late Howard and Marie Jones. Frank was the owner and manager of Jones’ Upholstery Shop before retiring.

Frank was a member of Temple Baptist Church, Gastonia North Carolina. He enjoyed watching all sporting events on television. Those left behind to cherish his memory include his sister: Nell Jones Gaddis and many nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Frank was preceded in death by his brother, Marshall B. Jones. A Life Well Celebrated Ceremony and receiving of guests will be held at Carothers Funeral Home at Gaston memorial Park, 2205 Williamsburg Drive, Gastonia, North Carolina (To be announced on Monday, October 15, 2018). Graveside and committal service will follow in the Garden of Luke at Gaston Memorial Park, 1200 South New Hope Road, Gastonia.
