OBITUARY Jesse James Costa December 16, 1979 – November 7, 2018 Costa, Jesse James – He is survived by his wife Lisa, their children Nicolas and Leanna, his stepfather Frank and mother Della and grandmother Dorothy. Jesse was predeceased by his brother James. A Visitation will take place on Monday November 12th and Tuesday November 13th from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm, with the Funeral Mass on Wednesday the 14th, 12 pm at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Catholic Church.
