Jessica is survived by her Husband, Jermaine Montague of Avon Park, Florida; Children, Jayden Malcolm; Emma Malcolm; Paris Montague all of Avon Park, Florida; Parents, Tina Warner (Greg) (“Bubba”); Brothers, Michael Warner, Adams Demers; Ryan Warner; Grandparents, Eileen Woods; Walter Woods; Sandra Montague; Ab Adams; many aunts and uncles and her close family friend Karl Beckenrich.

Funeral Services will take place on Saturday, February 2, 2019 at 5:00 pm at Grace Bible Church.
