Obituary for Jessie Boully Calhoun Lakeland – Jessie Boully Calhoun, 93, went home to be with the Lord on Mother’s Day, May 13, 2018. Mrs. Calhoun was born Jan. 31, 1925 in Lakeland, and remained a lifelong resident.

She retired after 30 years of service from Southwest Elementary School’s lunch room. She was a member for over 40 years at Central Ave. Baptist Church.

Mrs. Calhoun was preceded in death by her husband, Fred O. Calhoun; and her 7 brothers and sisters. She is survived by her son, Fred M. Calhoun; daughter, Nancy (Eric) Seely; grandchildren, Ansley Harwell, Jessica Calhoun, Michael Calhoun, Zach Seely and Haden Seely; great grandchildren, Mylah Marie Thomas, Finley Harwell and Callie Calhoun. Visitation will be Wed.

from 6-8 pm at Gentry Morrison Southside Chapel, 1727 Bartow Rd. Lakeland. Funeral services will be Thurs.
