Jessie Jarrell Cunningham On January 16, 1992, this earth was blessed with the birth of Jessie Jarrell Cunningham. The son of JC and Hattie Cunningham, they knew immediately that he was a gift from God. Jessie was born in San Diego, California, where he graduated from Paulding High School.

He left California at the tender age of 13. As a “military child” he lived in several states, including Georgia, Texas and Arizona. Al-though he battled health limitations, his spirit was robust and his heart was big.

He loved Wrestling and made no secret about his passion for the sport. He surrounded himself in anything having to do with Wrestling. He was an avid fan of John Cena and also loved the Wayan Bros.

He truly enjoyed hearing the word of God and when voices were lifted up in praise, it brought joy to his heart. He was blessed to attend various churches during his residency in different states: Truth Apostolic (San Diego, California, Marvelous Light Christian ministries of Douglasville, Georgia, Never Ending Faith (Houston, Texas), fire and Faith Ministries (Phoenix, Arizona) Bethany Baptist Church (Burnt Corn, Alabama) and Bethesda Baptist Church (Belleville, Alabama). On Sunday, December 16, 2018, the Lord saw that his Angel should come home.

He stretched out his might hand and received him into His kingdom, that he might find rest. He was preceded in death by his grandfather; the late JC Cunningham, Sr. Jessie leaves memories that will be cherished for a lifetime by his parents, JC (Angela) Cunningham of Repton, Alabama and Hattie Cunningham of Avondale, Arizona; one brother: Kendale (Ashley) Cunnigham of Avondale, Arizona; his grandmothers: Irma Cunningham of Burnt Corn, Alabama and Betty White of Rochester, New York; loved aunts: Doris, Bonnie (Willie), Marilyn, Sharon (Rev. Anthony), Margret, Carolyn, Corine, Kimberly, and Christina “Chrissy” (Charles).

Jessie also leaves two uncles: Marcus (Brandy) and Timothy; three nieces: Keden, Kourtney and Kali; three god-sisters: Alexis, Shawniece and Keloni; a host of other loved relatives, two church families and a community of friends.
