OBITUARY Jewel N. Evans March 15, 1929 – September 14, 2018 Jewel Evans Charleston – Jewel Northcutt Evans (89) entered into eternal rest on ( Friday) September 14, 2018. Jewel was born March 15, 1929 in McBee SC, daughter of Neal W. Northcutt and Alma B. Northcutt of Hartsville, SC. She was retired from the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
She is survived by a son, Kent D. Evans and Susan E. Evans (Bob) both of Charleston. she is preceded in death by her husband Norvell B. Evans, son Michael B. Evans (Liz) sister Elizabeth Morgan of Charleston and Harold Northcutt of Murrells Inlet. Grandchildren, Malerie, Ashley and Ethan Evans, Hunter and Kaley Cannady, great grandson Ezra.
The family would like to thank Amedisys Hospice for the care their staff gave to her and Rene Stroman for her help as well. The graveside service will be held on Tuesday 9/18/2018 at 11am at Carolina Memorial Park Funerals & Cremations. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimers Association.
Drop in at the home of Suzy Evans 1324 Memory Lane, Charleston, SC from 2:00pm till 6:00pm after the graveside service on Tuesday. Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at www.
