Obituary for Jim Rankin Jim Rankin, 72, of Burleson passed away on Saturday, November 10, 2018. Visitation: 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Lucas and Blessing Funeral Home. Jim was born July 1, 1946 to Milton Terrell Rankin and Hurley Joe Rankin in Lordsburg, New Mexico.

Survivors: Jim is survived by his loving wife of 18 years, Brenda; son, Jimmy Allen Rankin, Jr.; daughter, Ashlea Danielle Cordell and husband, Will Bennett Cordell; step-sons, Cary Pytel and wife, Michelle, Rickie Pytel and wife, Macy; grandchildren, Jimmy Allen Rankin III, Christopher Pytel, Brennan Pytel and wife, Ashley, Jacie Pytel; great-grandchildren, Cade Spencer, Brylee Pytel, Taylynn Pytel, Maylynn Pytel; brothers, Terrell Joe Rankin and wife, Caroline, Billy Dean Rankin and wife, Francis; sisters, Kathryn Madrid and husband, Sonny, Cheryle Ann Thomas and numerous nieces, nephews and other loving family members.
