OBITUARY Jimmie Billy Gates September 25, 1934 – September 28, 2018 Jimmie Billy Gates passed away peacefully on September 28th, 2018 at the age of 84 in his hometown of Houston Texas. He went quietly to heaven on his last of life while dreaming of seeing the sun set just like all the old western movies that he enjoyed. His sense of humor was impeccable, and he could make anyone laugh, no matter how tough their day was going.
