Jimmy Darrell Davis, 76, of Camilla died Monday, January 7, 2019 at Mitchell County Hospital in Camilla. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Friday, January 11 at Parker-Bramlett Funeral Home with interment in Oakview Cemetery. Rev.

Doug Hall will officiate. Born July 26, 1942 in Moultrie, GA, Mr. Davis was the son of the late Rufus H. Davis and Lorene Edwards Davis. He was a veteran of the National Guard.

Survivors include his wife, Martha Jane Davis of Camilla; daughter, Veronica Sellars of Camilla; two sons, Tony Davis (Elise) of Camilla and Richard Davis (Trudy) of Pelham; brother, Charles E. Davis (Mary Lou) of Hinsonton; six grandchildren, Josh Davis (Daisy), Jacob Davis (Katelyn), Wes Sellars, Eric Davis, Austin Davis, and Taylor Davis; two great grandchildren, Jade Davis and Landyn Wisham. Visitation will be from 6 – 8 p.m. Thursday, January 10 at Parker-Bramlett Funeral Home in Camilla. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105 or the charity of your choice.
