Jo-Ann E. Jackson, 70, wife of the late Jerry S. Jackson, died on February 22, 2019 at Autumn Lake Healthcare in Norwalk. She had worked at Pitney Bowes as an analyst, and enjoyed raising and training show dogs ,with her husband. They were proud recipients of many awards and ribbons for their Shelties.
