Jo Ann (Hale) McQueen, age 81 of Oakland, IL went home to be with the Lord on Monday, February 25, 2019 at Sarah Bush Lincoln Health Center. Jo Ann was born February 10, 1938 in Monroe County, KY to Orville Woodman and Dollye Ellen (Burchett) Hale. She married Billy C. McQueen on July 16, 1955 at the Oakland Christian Church, and they enjoyed 63 wonderful years together.

Jo Ann was a member of Victory Church in Camargo, IL. She loved the Lord, her church, and her family.
