Joan’s Obituary Exeter – Joan B. Skinner, 92, of Riverwoods, died peacefully March 6, 2019 at her residence. Born July 5, 1926 in Exeter, NH, she was the daughter of Ralph and Ella (Kendall) Berry. She lived in Newburyport, MA for twelve years before moving to Kingston in 1978 and then Exeter in 2004.

Joan graduated from the New England School of Nursing in Boston and also attended Boston University. She was the widow of Richard A. Skinner who died in 1990. Survivors include a son, Kevin N. Skinner of Kingston, NH; a daughter, Robin K. Carleton of Lebanon, ME; 1 grandchild; 3 nieces and 1 nephew.

A Graveside Service will be held in the spring in the Exeter Cemetery. The Kent & Pelczar Funeral Home, 77 Exeter Road, Newmarket is assisting with arrangements. Visit www.
