Obituary for Joan C. Freitas Joan Claire Freitas, 74 of Kaneohe, passed away on Wednesday, October 31, 2018. She was born in beautiful Wailuku, Maui on September 29, 1944 to her father Damien Chano Osorno and mother Florence Dorothy Silva. Joan worked as a Secretary at Rehab Hospital of The Pacific.

She is survived by her husband of many years Allan S. Freitas and their sons Damien K. (Jennifer) Freitas and Stephen Freitas; Sisters: Colette Ventura and Lavern Kishimoto; 4 Grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. Funeral services for Joan Claire Freitas will be held on Thursday, December 13, 2018 at St. Ann’s Church (46-129 Haiku Rd. Kaneohe, Hi 96744) Visitation will begin at 10:30 am.

Mass: 11:45 am. Burial will be held at Hawaiian Memorial Park Cemetery at 1:00 pm with a luncheon to follow at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary from 1:30-3:00 pm. To send flowers to the family of Joan C. Freitas please visit our Sympathy Store.
