Joan was retired from the U.S. Army, a life member of the Korean Veterans and a member of American Legion Post 290. Friends will be received at Laughlin Cremation & Funeral Tributes 222 Washington Road Mt. Lebanon on Thursday from 10 until time of service at 11 AM.
