She was born August 11, 1935 in Clear Creek to Gilbert Lee and Eulah (Rankin) Bailey. She was a member of Eastern Star, EH Extension Homemaker’s Club, , and Master Gardeners Club.

She is preceded in death by her parents, sisters Patsy Alexander and Glenda Jean Bailey. She is survived by her husband Harold Keeney, son Jay Keeney (Velda), daughter Janet Crowder (Brooks), sisters Martha Gately and Shirley Bailey, grandchildren Wesley Crowder, Allison Crowder, Jace Keeney and Jacob Keeney and numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be Wednesday, December 26, 2018, 10-11 am at Regency Funeral Home Chapel with services to follow at 11:00 am with Bro.

Troy Cates officiating. Burial at Clear Creek Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Doug Keeney, Kyle Keeney, Gary Gately, Wesley Crowder, Jace Keeney and Jacob Keeney.
