Obituary for Joanne Reber Joanne Bottom Reber, 77 of Russellville, Arkansas, passed away Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at Arkansas Hospice River Valley Home in Russellville, Arkansas. She was born December 3, 1941 in Washington County, Kentucky to the late Charlie and Etta Mae Carpenter Bottom. She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Francis Neeley, Amy Brumlow; and brother, Willie Bottom.

She is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, Richard Reber; sister, Ruth Pierce, Clearwater, FL; several nieces, nephews and other family and friends. Joanne was a member of the Jehovah’s Witness for 35 years. She served others as a Registered Nurse for over 40 years.

She loved animals and after her retirement she enjoyed spending time with her goats. A graveside service will be at 1:00 p.m., Friday, January 25, 2019 at Beech Grove Cemetery in Washington County, KY under the direction of Walden Funeral Home Perryville. Russellville arrangements were under the direction of Russellville Family Funeral Home.
