Joe Frank Todaro CANYON LAKE – Mr. Joe Frank Todaro passed from this life Sunday, February 24, 2019, in Canyon Lake. Born July 23, 1930 in San Angelo, Texas, Mr. Todaro was a resident of Canyon Lake for 1 year, previously of Santa Fe and Houston. Joe proudly served his country in the United States Navy.

Joe was a hard worker, a member of Senior Citizen’s Center, Arcadia Fire Department and was a proud lifelong Democrat. He had a passion for dancing, especially square dancing and loved his garden and cows. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe Frank Todaro and Wanda Bryd-Santamaria; wife, Biddie Evelyn (Robertson) Todaro; daughter, Marie Kelley; grandson, Scott Todaro.

Survivors include his sons, Mike Todaro and wife, Gloria of Santa Fe, Danny Todaro of Tomball; daughter, Angela Todaro-Espinoza and husband, Joe of Canyon Lake; sister, Nancy Yantz of Giddings; grandchildren, Phillip Kelley, Bryan Kelley, Ryan Todaro, Randy Todaro, Gina Mazzella, Katherine Mazzella, Demi Todaro; great-grandchildren, Mason Todaro, Major Todaro, Addilyn Todaro, Mila Todaro, Eleanor Mazzella. Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m., Friday, March 1, 2019, at Hayes Grace Memorial Park Cemetery with Reverend John Kappe, Celebrant. Visitation with the family will be from 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home, 10412 Highway 6, Hitchcock, TX (409) 925-3501.
