Joe Thomas Mayes March 08, 1934 – November 02, 2018 Share this obituary Send Flowers Sign Guestbook| Send Private Condolences| Send Sympathy Card Joe Thomas Mayes age 84, of Riviera Beach, Florida. passed away peacefully on Friday, November 2, 2018 at St. Mary’s Hosptial following an extended illness. A Retired Cook for Country Inn.

He leaves to mourn his passing his daughter; Dwynnifer Mays, of West Palm Beach, FL. Four grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren. Two brothers; Arthur (Maryann) Mays, of GA.

and Willie White, of Lake Park, FL. Two sisters; Nadine Carter, of GA, Ida Bell. And a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many other sorrowing relatives and friends.

Homegoing Services were held Saturday, November 10, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Fifth Street Church Of God, 629 5th Street, West Palm Beach, FL. Bishop Howard Rolle, Pastor; Reverend William Shelton, officiated. Friends called on Friday, November 9, 2018 from 5 – 7 p.m. at Timothy E. Kitchens Funeral Home Chapel.

Interment took place at Royal Palm Memorial Gardens.
