OBITUARY Joe Warren Wheeler July 27, 1953 – October 4, 2018 Joe Warren Wheeler passed away on Thursday, October 4, 2018 at the age of 65 in Levelland, Texas. Joe will be lovingly remembered by his son, Brent, and his daughter, Lalania. He will also be fondly remembered by his five grandchildren, Christian, Azure, Anna, Joey, and Luca.

Joe was born in Lincoln, Illinois. His career as a professional musician moved him around the country. He eventually settled in Las Vegas, Nevada where he worked as a musician and entertainer.

As a performer and production crew member, he traveled the world many times and worked with/for some of the world’s most noted musicians. He was inducted into the Las Vegas Rock n’ Roll Hall of Fame for his work with the Las Vegas-based group Santa Fe. In addition to his love for music, Joe had a love for animals and baseball, both of which brought him much joy throughout his life.

He is proceeded in death by his mother, Mary, and father, Joe. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, November 10, 2018, at 11am, at George Price Funeral Home Chapel. Services are under the compassionate care of George Price Funeral Home.
