Obituary of Joe R. Walbeck Joe R. Walbeck, 66, Seward formerly of Robinson passed away March 12, 2019 at Memorial Medical Center after a long battle with C.O.P.D. Born January 20, 1953 in Johnstown the son of the late James D. & Caroline (Felton) Walbeck. Survived by wife of 41 years Candy (Libengood).

Children Beverly Berkstresser & husband Lance, Otto, NC; J.D. Walbeck and wife Mandi, Robinson; Samantha Rosa & husband Tim, Johnstown; Shaquille Howard and wife Tiffany, Pittsburgh. Grandchildren Zachary Barbus; Zoë Berkstresser, Grayson & Addelyn Walbeck; Paxton and JoJoe Rosa; Nádyah Howard. Brother of Donna Gamble and husband Dave, Fayetteville, NC; Tunnie Heming & husband Jim, Robinson; Ed Walbeck & wife Dessa, New Florence and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Faithful companions Diore and Bean. Joe enjoyed talking to people and socialized with people. He was a local historian and enjoyed time at the beach.

Joe will be fondly remembered for his smile and most of all he adored his grandchildren. Friends received Saturday 2-4 and 6 till time of service 8 pm Saturday at Richard C. Stuart Funeral Home, 392 E. Philadelphia St., Armagh. Future inurnment Germany Lutheran Cemetery.
