McAroy, age 64, of Hammonton, NJ, formerly of Williamstown, passed away on April 29, 2019. John was a long-time member of the Williamstown Fire Company. He worked as a Black Seal Boiler Operator at Kessler Hospital for many years before retiring.

After retirement, he worked for the Hammonton Board of Education as a school bus driver. Devoted father of AnnMarie Aguina (Daniel). Dear brother of Robert McAroy, Sr. (Debra) and Frank McAroy (Lisa).

Loving uncle of Robert, Jr., Danielle, Tina, Tammy and Sierra. Also survived by his faithful companions Spirit and Amber. He was excitedly awaiting the birth of his first granddaughter.

Relatives and friends are invited to his visitation on Monday, May 6th from 10:00 – 11:00 AM, where a memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 1002 S. Main Street, Williamstown. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. John’s Lutheran Church, 1002 S. Main St., Williamstown, NJ 08094.
