Son of the late John and Josephine (Pericak) Chulick. Beloved daughter of Christine (Chulick) Eng, son in law Harry. Dear grandfather of Lauren Chulick.

Brother of Florence (Bernie) Queen. Also many nieces and nephews and long time companion of Arlene.
