John David’s Obituary John David Hoover, 69, of Willow Wood, Ohio passed away Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at Cabell Huntington Hospital, Huntington, WV. He was born October 28, 1949 in Huntington, WV son of the late Hobart and Juanita Wilgus Hoover. He was a retired State Inspector with ODOT.

He is survived by his companion Pinkie Holschuh; one son Joshua Hoover; two daughters Monica Grant of Georgia and Jennifer Lunsford of Willow Wood, Ohio; 13 grandchildren; three sisters Sandra Delapa of South Point, Ohio, Sharon Thompson of South Point, Ohio and Andrea Shamblin of Arizona; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Friday, December 21, 2018 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio. Condolences may be expressed to the family at www.
